Those sensitive entries are encrypted with AES-GCM under a master key held in the iOS Keychain and marked this-device-only, so it never syncs to other devices through iCloud Keychain.

To keep blocking effective it periodically downloads updates from public rule sources such as EasyList, EasyPrivacy and EasyList China; those requests fetch the rule files only and carry none of your browsing history. If you use the Reflib Search suggestions or AI answers on the start page, those queries go to search.reflib.com and are handled under that service’s own privacy policy.
